First Brewed c. 1885 by Duncan Kincaid, Essex County, New
York. First Commercially Brewed November 10, 2005 by Davidson
Brothers, Glens Falls, New York, Dacker Ale is malty and
full-bodied. Perception of hop bitterness is very low. Hop
flavor and aroma are also very low. The clean alcohol flavor
balances the rich and dominant sweet maltiness in flavor and
aroma. A very drinkable ale with no bitter aftertaste. |
